The Professors of Absinthe, the teachers of absinthe for its science and art to drink absinthe properly are truly inspiring. We created the Slipstream sipping pipes to bring together a convenient modern day ritual embracing the traditional roots of the French/Suisse method of the absinthe ritual.
We created the Slipstream sipping pipes as a unique and proper way to enjoy absinthe and we want to share our experience with absinthe enthusiasts and new generations of absinthe drinkers around the world.

We also hold a lot of contests with great prizes, so keep your eye out for them!
We are currently holding a contest for prose and poetry with lots of prizes to win, including hundreds of 
Points, art, literature, and many features. The theme is “Confessions of a King” and the full details are in the group blog. We would love to read your work if you are interested! The deadline is midnight on October 1st, but we’re always welcoming last minute entries.
Additionally, we also hold monthly features for published authors. If you have published any of your writing in a manner in which it can be purchased online, please send a note to the group so we can arrange to feature you!
We also have a Critique Program for our members to submit to and receive detailed feedback on their work from our admin team.
We’re also helping to promote a program called Synergy, which is hosted by our affiliate, #Live-Love-Write. The Synergy program is designed to provide participants with somebody they can count on for help and readership. Participants are assigned in pairs and each member will tutor, inspire, critique, and help each other. Pairs will also be given a monthly challenge to collaborate together on; we keep the assignments manageable so they can be fun all the time. Signups will open back up in the beginning of October.
